Accessible for-hire rules under attack

April 13, 2018 — The Taxi and Limousine’s rules to require for-hire-vehicle companies like Uber and Carmel to provide accessible service, passed in December, are under attack in the courts. On Monday, federal Judge Koeltl heard arguments in a separate case, filed by Carmel and several other companies.
